The reports suite is your marketplace’s analytical backbone: order lists and summaries, breakdowns by business type, zone, and payment method, customer leaderboards, outlet and item performance, earnings and settlements for outlets and drivers, and the performance of every growth feature. It all lives in your admin dashboard. This page is the map — what exists and where.
Dashboard → Reports (/reports/order-list). Admins and co-admins see everything; zone, outlet, and franchise roles see reports scoped to their own outlets, and dispatcher managers see the orders report. Each outlet also has its own report view at /outlet/manage/:outletID/reports.
Every report runs over a date range you choose, most offer additional filters, and list reports support CSV export (with personal data masked in the export) for finance and analysis workflows.
