Logging In
Every tool in your marketplace is behind a personal login — except the in-store tablet, which pairs with the partner app instead. This page covers where each person signs in, how forgotten passwords are handled, and how accounts get created in the first place.
Signing in to the admin panel
Section titled “Signing in to the admin panel”- Open the dashboard in a desktop browser and go to its sign-in page — append
/sign-into your dashboard address. - Enter your email and password.
- You land on Home (
/home), the KPI dashboard.
What you see after signing in depends on your role — the sidebar adapts so each person only sees the menus their role allows:
| Role | Sees |
|---|---|
| Admin / co-admin | The full dashboard |
| Zone manager | Home, their zone, and its outlets |
| Outlet owner / manager | Home and their outlets |
| Franchise owner | Home, their franchise, and its outlets |
| Dispatcher manager | The orders report and the dispatcher panel |
The full menu-by-menu breakdown is in the dashboard navigation map.
Forgot your password?
Section titled “Forgot your password?”Use the forgot-password option on the sign-in page: enter your account email and follow the instructions you receive to set a new password. If the account email itself is no longer accessible, an admin can update the account from Dashboard → Settings → Manage User → Users (/configuration/manage-user/users/list).
Signing in to the partner app
Section titled “Signing in to the partner app”Merchant staff and drivers sign in to the partner app with the same kind of credentials: email + password, created by an admin (or by the merchant’s outlet owner, where you’ve delegated that). The partner app’s sign-in screen has a Forgot Password? link for anyone locked out mid-shift.
After signing in, the partner app shows each person their role’s view — merchants see live orders and catalog tools, drivers see their deliveries. See Apps overview.
The in-store tablet — no login
Section titled “The in-store tablet — no login”The in-store tablet doesn’t have its own login. It pairs with the partner app at the merchant’s location — staff set it up once, and it works without anyone signing in on the tablet itself. Setup is covered in In-store tablet.
Getting someone their first login
Section titled “Getting someone their first login”Logins are created by an admin, not by self-signup:
- An admin opens Dashboard → Settings → Manage User → Users (
/configuration/manage-user/users/list) and adds the person (/configuration/manage-user/users/add/new) with their email, an initial password, name, phone, role, permissions, and status. - Share the email, initial password, and the right link — the dashboard address for operator staff and zone leads, or the partner app for merchant staff and drivers.
- They sign in and can reset their password themselves later via the forgot-password flow.
For merchant onboarding at scale, create one outlet owner account per merchant and let them manage their own staff permissions — see Users & roles.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Problem | Try this |
|---|---|
| ”Wrong password” | Use the forgot-password option on the sign-in page |
| Don’t know your dashboard address | It was provided during onboarding — check with your account owner or SuperApp support |
| Account email no longer accessible | An admin can update the account under Manage User → Users |
| Signed in but a menu is missing | That’s role-based — an admin can adjust the role or permissions; see Users & roles |
| New merchant or driver can’t sign in | Check the account exists, its status is active, and any pending outlet or driver approval has been granted |
