What is SuperApp?
SuperApp is a white-label, multi-vertical marketplace platform. Instead of building marketplace technology from scratch, you launch a fully branded marketplace — customer apps in the app stores under your name, a partner app for your merchants and drivers, and the operational tooling to run it all — typically within days, not months.
You own the brand, the merchant relationships, and the customer base. SuperApp provides the platform, with transparent per-order pricing — no commission percentages taken from your order values.
One platform, multiple verticals
Section titled “One platform, multiple verticals”A single SuperApp marketplace can serve several business verticals at once, sharing one customer base, one brand, and one operational backbone:
| Vertical | Status | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Food & Restaurants | Live | Restaurant ordering with menu management, real-time order tracking, dine-in QR ordering, and delivery coordination |
| Retail Stores | Live | Grocery, pharmacy, electronics, and specialty stores with product catalogs, variants, and delivery or pickup |
| Supermarkets | Live | Large catalogs across departments, bulk ordering, and scheduled deliveries |
| Ride-hailing, parcel delivery, bookings | Coming soon | New verticals are added to the platform over time — you can enable them without rebuilding anything |
Customers see all of it in one app: they might order lunch from a restaurant, then groceries from a supermarket, using the same account, saved addresses, payment methods, and wallet.
What’s included
Section titled “What’s included”A SuperApp marketplace ships with five applications, each aimed at a different audience:
- Customer app — your branded iOS, Android, and web app where customers browse merchants, place orders, pay, and track deliveries in real time.
- Partner app — the app your merchants and drivers use. Merchants manage live orders, their catalog, and earnings; drivers receive delivery assignments and navigate to customers.
- Admin panel — your operations dashboard, reached at your admin dashboard. Configure zones, business types, and outlets; manage payments, promotions, and users; and view reports across the whole marketplace. Every menu in it is listed in the dashboard navigation map.
- Dispatcher panel — a live map of orders and drivers for your delivery operations team, with manual assignment and monitoring tools.
- In-store tablet — a tablet experience for in-store customer interactions at merchant locations.
See Apps overview for who uses what.
The white-label model
Section titled “The white-label model”Everything customer-facing carries your brand:
- Customer apps are deployed to the Apple App Store and Google Play under your developer accounts and your name.
- The web ordering experience runs on your custom domain.
- Colors, logos, app icons, splash screens, and in-app content are configured for your brand.
- Higher plans include branded partner apps and dashboards as well.
Your customers and merchants interact with your marketplace — SuperApp stays behind the scenes.
Built for global operations
Section titled “Built for global operations”The platform supports operations in 100+ countries:
- 25+ languages, with customer-facing content translatable per language.
- 50+ currencies with locale-aware formatting.
- Local payment methods alongside global gateways — see Payments overview.
- Region-aware scheduling and multi-timezone support.
How a marketplace is organized
Section titled “How a marketplace is organized”Three building blocks define your marketplace’s structure:
- Zones — the geographic areas you serve. Customers are matched to a zone by their location.
- Business types — the verticals you offer (restaurants, retail, supermarkets), each with its own configuration and presentation.
- Outlets — the individual merchant locations selling on your marketplace, each with its own catalog, service area, and team.
Once those are in place, orders flow through a consistent lifecycle, deliveries are handled by your own fleet via dispatch or by third-party delivery networks, and money moves according to your payment configuration.
Pricing model in one paragraph
Section titled “Pricing model in one paragraph”SuperApp charges per order, with predictable monthly minimums — not a percentage of your order value. Per-order rates decrease as your monthly volume grows. A one-time deployment package covers app store submission, domain setup, branding implementation, payment integration, catalog setup, and staff training. For current rates, see superapphq.com.
